'70 Chevelle LS6, GM of Canada Documented, Nice....

This one looks quite nice - minimal options, GM of Canada docs, and the restorer even replaced the original dealership decal on the decklid from Cliff Bristow Motors in AB. Should do well and bring some serious $$.

Should have the dual snorkel AC, being a non-cowl-induction car, shouldn't it?

INLINE TUBE decal set . Why ?? Looks pretty rust free before restoration.

What's the guesstimate on value ? Anyone.... not what it might get bid to on eBay or What YOU might pay., but real world Value given its GM Documented. Fully Restored, nice color combo. 4 Speed and I'm guessing has some restoration mistakes here and there...

Curious. :)

Hey its got one of those brake boosters that Mikey is so keen on!!!! :naughty:

.......smog.........:smirk:

$ 85,000 . No cowl induction and a green car make it less desirable .

Two people from here are bidding on it,so I'll let them comment about value.
If it had a build sheet stating "CO" in box 55 for a dual snorkel,we'd know for certain.Otherwise it could be the open element.
Should have a black shift knob displaying the pattern, among other things, all easily fixable.
Nice car.. :burnout:

The car’s Bristow Motors origin in Three Hills Alberta would add a special appeal for myself. I don’t mind the look of green with no cowl induction and no stripes... the bench 4-speed I really like! The car reminds me of a green on green LS6 survivor with cowl induction and white stripes that used to show up at the Three Hills show from time to time.

Seeing reproduction parts like the booster doesn’t offer a lot of confidence about the “behind the scenes” restoration quality. Looks like the restoration was still in progress when the photos were taken (exhaust is missing). I see they’re going with a conservative day two look (headers), but otherwise factory stock. I would either go completely stock with factory exhaust manifolds and smog, or go ahead and incorporate more day two items. Go big or go home!

I’m currently the high bidder (don’t tell my wife), but I expect the bidding will soon exceed my budget.

"Should have a black shift knob displaying the pattern..."

"I see they’re going with a conservative day two look (headers)"

The car is equipped with Bristows 'Eliminator Package', a dealership performance upgrade that included the better aftermarket Hurst shifter, the column tach , Super Tuning and headers. So I would consider these parts highly correct for this particular LS6, especially if those are the same headers the car left the dealership lot with..

Restored by Cam's Classic Restorations in Vancouver.

Well that is good info Tracker - I missed that. I personally really like this green/non-stripe/bench seat/4 spd config. Just hope the quality of resto is up to snuff and that correct parts were used.
