#s '70 RS/Z Project
Looks like a great project, with the original engine, trans, and 3.73 rear, and the seller has owned it since the 1990s. Still, I'm not sure why anyone would do body and paint on a car without doing frame rail repair first. How strange....

Gonna be way upside down on that one by the time its done. Do it for the love of doing it if you're going to do it.

Look at the bids..someone is dam serious about the car. I would have to wonder what is under the paint too....

I like the car but it has cancer all over it. 15-20k of unknown right there or more. I seriously would think a new chassis/under body would be needed.

I saw some pictures the owner sent me and he mentioned the gm sticker on the quarters and it looks like it had quarters and I would guess 15 years ago from what he said. It concerns me what prep was done that the sticker was painted over. Has gm fenders with the cut out for the later air cleaner too.
I don't know why you go to the trouble of quarters and not fix the rails |
