Darrell,

Neat that Echlin repackaged the Mallorys. Are there any fasteners, wires included? Is there a "36" stamped on the bottom of the condenser can?

All the other NOS Mallory condensers I have are the same with the “36” stamp. These (Echlin) did not nor did they include hardware and the bracket was brazed onto the can. I’ll have some NOS Mallory 25010 condensers for sale soon. My guess is that was Mallory’s way of differentiating between their private label and “Mallory” sold pieces. Also notice it says NAPA on the box as well. Mallory Electric made a ton of components for many companies. FWIW the condensers are the same size and carried resistance the same as the others I have. I’ll also have a big block Mopar and a small block Mopar restores Mallory Double distributors for sale soon. Take care and thanks!

For comparison. Instruction sheets for the Echlin (Mallory) condenser and the Mallory 25010. Note that one was either made or printed in Detroit, MI and the other in Carson City, NV

The Detroit one is on what I am referring to "Onion" paper (pictured is a photocopy) and more than likely much older than the Carson City one which was printed in 6-70.
