'69 Camaro #s SS396 Convertible
Neat car...I know we've talked about this one before but I can't find the post. No docs...but claimed original motor and trans.

Read here. Looks like its the same guy selling that was looking at buying it in 2010, then wanting to sell it in 2017.

Yes, and in this thread he was actually contemplating selling it. My guess is that he is taking the advice that one person gave him - put it on eBay with a high reserve to see where the bidding takes it to help establish a value. I am thinking that the question of the reverse lights will hold it back some. It would also help if he had some supporting documentation, although I have not seen anyone questioning the legitimacy of the trim tag or engine stamp.

I will also say that if it was my car and I was serious about selling it, I would have a LOT more pictures posted up, including the commonly rusted areas like floors, trunk, rockers, etc. If he is in fact trying to get a read on the value of the car, he's doing himself a disservice with such a sparse description.

That tail panel fit is terrible on the left side. I wonder if it's been replaced.

Man! This car has been for sale seemingly forever, and here it is in the link below, relisted with a $40,000 buy-it-now price.
