Pretty cool car sold new @ Stephens Chevrolet in New Orleans. Still a good bit of work needed but it looks to be mostly there - and the expensive FI unit is accounted for and has already been rebuilt.

Wonder what the deal is with the chassis under the body as shown? Just temporary or is it the original and too rusty to save?

My thoughts exactly. By what photos are there, it almost appears as though one would have to blow the chassis back apart again to get the finishes right. Lots of money to be spent yet.
