I don't know about consultations, but I believe that he will take a min and go though some of the details of the report. He has with me on several occasions and others that I know.

Even the experts can be fooled sometimes, as well as people twisting reports (which is why the secondary report pages are almost more important than the certificate page in Jerry's reports, IMO).
One example, one time I had found and bought what looked from every angle to be a valid 1969 Chevelle COPO motor. Problem was, it had a Kansas city VIN, and at that time it was believed that there were no Kansas city COPO's made. I was told it was a very good fake by several people and multiple experts. Then RogerD's COPO surfaced along with build sheets and Roger being the Original Owner, proving that there were Kansas City COPO Chevelle's. Suddenly the engine went from a good fake, to real.
There have been other examples in the opposite direction, then of course there's the cars where two cars have the same VIN, one the convin and the other the actual vin. Which one is real? The hacked up race car "restored" or the "repaired" car with the original driveline? (real story was something around these lines, some details may be wrong).
Point being, IMO, if a car was certified by Jerry, I'd want all the pages of the report before purchase and then I'd email or buzz him with any questions. I think he would answer one way or another.
