'65 Malibu SS Convertible, Factory V8/4-sp, $2500

I've been following the '65 convertibles forever looking for the right one, and while this one is rough, it looks halfway decent and the price is right. I'm thinking it could be the ideal builder if you have a super rusty donor car (and some repop sheetmetal) available.

Although the seller claims it originally had a 327/4-sp, I'm leaning toward a 283 car due to the 10-bolt rear.

Originally a maroon-on-black car too....

The 300 hp 327's had a 10 bolt too.

My ‘65 SS 327/250 PG has it’s born with 12 bolt.

Thanks guys, I understood all 327s would have received the 12 bolt rear.

That's always been my understanding, too.
