Clean '70 RS/Z28 Project Car
Good colors - white on black - and it's a RS. Still has the original CW auto trans and COO 12-bolt gear, pretty badass combo. Unfortunately it has a replacement block but the seller believes most of the other original engine parts have been retained.
Sounds like it will need a decent chunk of rust repair judging by the description, but there's something to be said for buying a COMPLETE car, even one that needs work, rather than a project that's already blown apart. I'd be tempted to get it safe to drive (already runs and drives) and blow the cobwebs out of it before tearing it down. Isn’t this the one that was offered in the classifieds here for $12,500 and the owner just sent it to eBay?
