Orig Paint '67 Chevelle SS396 #s 350hp/4-sp Convertible
Pretty decent looking car that spent its life in Helena, MT. Currently owned by a dealer but I see there's no reserve, and bidding is pretty strong at $21k. Looks pretty solid judging by the pics, with some minor rust in the spots even some CA cars have. Thinking this one will hit $26k or thereabouts.

Solid, drivable 4 speed SS converts don't come around everyday! I agree, some where around $26K.
Yet, something puzzling :hmmm:. MT car, yet engine code and plugs in the manifolds would indicate CA only AIR. But if that is so, the specific to L34/AIR ONLY pass side valve cover is missing, plus the CLAIMED ORIGINAL 3837 carb is for non-AIR, should be 3839. Block stamp looks typical for Fremont build (and one too many digits), would be nice to see it without paint. |

----It may be just me but looking at the serial # in the door the rivets don't appear correct. I can't expand my screen enough to get a good pic. If incorrect there may be problems......Bill S
