'69 Chevelle #s L78 Convertible
Anyone know this car? Love when a seller talks up the protectoplate and #s block yet provides photos of neither.
Sharp colors though. Hey, what's up with the rubber donut between the rear axle and spring seat? That's a first. And, wouldn't the 'RV' decals on the rear axle be a '70 454 code? I don't recall ever seeing this car before. Rubber donuts on the rear axle are certainly unusual. Seller must be REALLY under the influence of some illegal substance asking $195K.

"Hey, are these rubber things with the electrical tape on them correct for the car.?, I don't know. If they fit throw them on, wtf...."

Ha! I'm not the only one that noticed the electrical tape. Yeah what's up with that? Is electrical tape part of the lift kit?! Why would you do that??
|
He thought that electrical tape presented a more finished appearance than duct tape.
