'72 #s LT-1 Corvette Convertible, 40k miles
Stunning color, tank sticker, even comes with a set of 1970s era Uniroyal tires. I'd love it more with a black interior, but the paint color really pops, even with the neutral-color trim.

Dang, that is a cool color, don't remember ever seeing that on a Corvette.
Where's Zedder ?? this might one he would be interested in. |
----That's supposed to be Ontario Orange. Funny but the color looks wrong in the pics taken outside but more correct when inside. Can't make my mind up if it's correct or not as the outside shots make the color too bright....Bill S

Nice car. Shame about the rattle can work underneath. Not sure how that exhaust got all banged up like that?
Price is very optimistic. |
The LT1 was only 255 hp?
How much power did the base engine make? |
The rattle can paint will come off with enamel reducer without harming the finish below. I passed on a 20k mile survivor LS5/M22 70 Chevelle a couple years ago for the same reason and the guy after me knew more than I did so he ended up buying it and cleaning it up and has a killer car now that I'd love to own.
255 HP was the new net rating for 1972, probably very close to the 330 gross HP rating from 1971. |
200 hp.

IS that the car from PA a few years ago Ontario Orange Tan Roadster with some pin stripes and with rattle can underneath... same place had the 30k Daytona Yellow 70 LT1 roadster that Jeff Boone bought.

Man, I kinda like that pinstripe!
