Hi Guys, I just picked up this pair of chrome BBC valve covers. I’m trying to ID the year and model car they were used on. I know there a several variations between years/models. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Rob

Rule out "F" Body.
Re. the Driver side spark plug wire stand would be located farther forward.

Not positive, but with that little dimple on the driver side, and the location of the spark wire tower, I think it's 69 Chevelle, only. I know that dimple with the forward tower is 69 Camaro, only. Also has the temp sending unit wire clip on the driver side cover, which I think is 69 only, but not 100% sure.

I know I searched far and wide to find the correct driver side valve cover for my 69 Camaro. Some had the dimple without the sending unit wire tab, but I don't remember the application. 69 Camaro only had the dimple, the forward tower, and the tab.

1970 chevelle had the temp sending unit wire clip on the drivers side cover also.

Right, I meant that only 69 Camaro, (and probably Nova) had all three, forward spark wire tower, that style of dimple, and the sending unit wire tab. 68's were different, as were 70's.

Should be 69 Corvette, Chevelle and High Perf passenger.
