'70 Challenger #s 383/3-sp RT/SE Project

When I was younger I purchased a car in this condition (after the previous owner's body man bailed). I'll never do that again - so tough to know exactly what you're getting, how complete it is, and then you have to deal with moving everything. Hope this car goes to someone local with the resources and motivation to finish it.

Seller posted an addendum to the auction...it is NOT an R/T. An SE with a 3 speed manual trans has gotta be a rare bird, R/T or not.

Thanks, Bill - just saw that. Agree, pretty rare car nonetheless.

And it has been relisted in the link below, with a $2000 opening bid:

There is quite a bit of unique parts to the SE's - chrome on top of the doors and quarter windows/quarter panels, rear tail panel, emblems, window plug, rear window, cardboard headliner, leather seat inserts, etc. I'm 75% done on my '70 RT/SE 440-6 car and I'd not do another SE. This car would make a great candidate for anything from a TA to hemi clone.

Relisted in the link below, with some serious bidding underway....

On the contrary, BigT! I love having them like this provided:

1. All rare unique parts like Ashtray auto-smoke removal system, retractable used Kleenex receptacle, and Hurricane Air filtration system are accounted for in boxes.:scholar:

2. Everything bagged/tagged/labeled and not just thrown in a Hefty garbage bag labeled “Chally bolts n’ junk”.

3. Seller understands help and time will be needed to get the project moved which doesn’t give him the right to get help while there’s time and move the project before you get there resulting in lost parts that later show up on ebay under a different username.:eek2:

But seriously, sometimes these are pretty good deals if you have the ability to take it on. If closer, I’d consider it!

Cheers
Dave

Super Dave would have it all finished for 2022 MCACN :)
