Berger Double Copo
Hello
Does anyone have any historical info on this car? This car is for sale but I cannot find anything searching the VIN. If it is in fact a Berger COPO I would assume someone would know about this car. 124379N648976 Daytona Yellow 711 interior. Thank you! |

The above VIN is included in the registry and the VIN and trim tag fit the sequence of other Berger built COPO Camaros. https://www.grahamrahalperformance.c...mance-13470017 |

Haven't seen the trim tag, but the vin# is a Berger car that belonged to Mike Riley for years. Contact me if you have a picture of the trim tag. This definitely looks like Mike's car

Anything look odd about the rivets ??
And all those pics and claims that it's a 427 car and not ONE pic under the hood ??? Isn't that what all the attention should be directed too ? https://cdn.dealerspike.com/imglib/v...5700C4CDCA.jpg |
The rivets look trimmed down or they’re just wrong. I’d be sleuthing.
That dash pad looks to be an repo from the early 90s, like the one in my 68. A used original core is obviously longer on the top and would cover the rivets. |
Dash panel metal
Is that a replacement dash panel with the square corners around the vin?
|
Yes it is. That would explain the rivets being replaced. As long as the vin matches the hidden partial(s) that really isn't that big a deal. Many 69's needed the dash panel replaced.

That was a nice car with many original parts on it. Haven't seen it for several years....
