'69 Camaro #s SS350/3-sp Manual Project

Pretty decent as far as first-gen projects go, but it's a $31k project...probably ambitiously priced considering the color combo.

A lot of green for a lot of green. Frost green actually is very nice when redone. The trim tag took me for a loop when I first looked at it. It almost looks like X22, but it looks like X11 when the pic is blown up. X11 one of those tags that is always suspect. Is is really a SS?

Yes, Seller should have included pics of the drivetrain numbers. He did say numbers matching, so he should show it. The smog and SS350 fuel filter look original and crusty as the rest. A good sign! The interior is in pretty good shape IMO. But he should have included pics of the dash area, steering column and console too. :(

"Rear floor pans are solid"...Yep, solid steel plate over the rust holes ??

That might actually be the original mastic sound deadener panels. My 72 Trans Am had all its original large square sections intact under the carpet.

Yup, I think that's what it is. Here's a shot from the listing of the front carpet. You can see the mastic sound deadener panel with the factory cutout.

That is not a steel plate.
That is the correct factory sound deadener.

Looks like a fairly original car. Says he may take price its bid to even if reserve isnt met.

Probably a good project at $22 - $24K. New carpeting, rebuild motor, PDR on pass door & front fender, sympathetic resto on rest, and drive it.

I'd be in it at 20k. The 350/3spd would go to the scrap yard.

I love the color though.
