I think I know the answer to this, but was the LS5 the only big block offered in the '70 Vette? Was there no solid lifter big block for the '70 Vette?

No solid lifter big block in 1970

But the 454 390 horse is a monster of a motor.

It was supposed to receive the LS-6,but it wasn't meant to be.
That and the Dual snorkel air cleaner too,both of which ended up going onto the 1970 Chevelle instead,as Chevrolet had to use up those parts right away as the Corvette production sat dormant.
