Clean '65 Tempest Post Sedan
While I've seen this dealer peddle a lot of junk on eBay, this '65 looks like a pretty good car, although it's priced high at $18k.
Might even be original paint. In any case, I think it's a perfect platform to build something with big horsepower and leave the cosmetics alone. That's kind of intriguing. That car would require a careful inspection. If it passes that, then dry ice all of the fluffing off of the bottom.
Replace all the suspension bushings, followed by a call to Butler Performance. With some elbow grease, a person could have one hell of a car for around 50k. And.........never endure paint jail. |
I agree! It's similar to the condition my old '65 Lemans (now owned by Tim C.) was in when I bought it. I had a similar restomod vision....
