If you have the original, it can be re-cored. I had mine done for about $160. The third generation owner at Ferndale radiator (Detroit suburb) told me there's only one supplier of those cores remaining.

I've heard great things about these guys. Might be worth a phone call. I'm taking the radiator out of the 68 RS/SS car next week to them.
