HBC Endura bumper kit for 69 CAMARO
Has anyone here bought and used the HBC Endura bumper kit ? It comes with the Bumper and all the brackets and bolts. I am wondering how the fit and finish is. Are the gaps correct and everything line up like it should ?
I want to buy and install it on my original X77 Hugger orange 69 Camaro |

does anyone know who repairs the endura bumpers

I was talking with a Friend "Stu" about these and he remarked that the Camaro group has it easy, He was refereing to Pontiac 1968-1970's Nose (aka front end ) restorers that have to contend with the Split urethane front nose of the A & F bodies of that era, So as a aside to the question is Specialty Shops associated with that group of Pontiacs might be a good resource.
Seahawks and I were just (April of 2023) Portland Ore. swap meet and in our Hands were Two, One Yellow & One Green, Pacific Northwest GM take off VE3 Endura Front Bumpers- 150.00 each, Rotted from the inside out Un-Repairable at any cost. Not worth Hanging on the Wall. I have to assume this style Bumper had a very low Production rate 1969 at 12,650 units and the attrition rate in the real world. I think in Old Mags aka Musle Car Review there were some Tech articles on repairs. I have back issues & would need to dig. |
