I made my own bushings using EPDM rubber from McMaster-Carr PN 1241N12

Turned/bored them on a lathe to the size I wanted for a good press fit.

Lubed them up with Vaseline and pressed them in using a vice and select sockets

Not rocket science. Just time....

I have a press and pressed mine out, lots of lube when reinstalling
