tell tale yenko nova signs????
 

any way to tell a yenko nova without doc's ,motor,trans.has 12 bolt and is a 4speed car,old man tells it had a BB when he bought it new.under a few bad coats of paint you can make out some stripes on the side.
someone painted all front frame white ?????
this is not the car from centerville!

I think org. color was gold but that could be a repaint too
didn't want to poke too much and set off the money alarm with the old man.

any help?

Will,

Get the VIN and submit it to the administrators (sYc or Chevy454) of this site. From what I understand they have all of the Yenko VINs (if I am wrong on this someone please let me know) This way you will know for sure what you are looking at.

Iam going to try and get the car eirther way.
the guy wants to keep the rear for a 57 he is building.he wants a trans I have so I think I will offer 500.00 and the trans for the whole car. It does have disc's so I think it should be atleast an SS. it is a 69.
I will post the vin# if I end up with the car,it does need a major resto. though!

I just like that style nova!

If you think it is the orig. rear end to the car I would try to get him another rear and leave that one in the car.

that is my plan charley,Iam scaping money together and I need to get some junk cleaned up to make room for it .

the rear is a 4.56 I am told,that wouldn't be orginal gears would it ?
