You are mistaking the "B" for an "O", it reads, "NOR" which stands for Norwood, Ohio.

Barry, Must be a factory error, unless someone here can interject something I am not aware of, but it is a common occurance to see a factory error.

There are a few NBR body tags out there, also 10A builds. Another is NBR113258. Seems like someone running the tag maker had a rough weekend.
