Kevin,
I do mean 68 HT, of all the ones I am aware of. I am aware of a several 69 L89 cars that are top shelf. But, I dont need to tell you that!

Why was such a low mile car restored?

Low mileage does not stop age from taking it's toll if you want perfection. All the minute details, (tags, stickers, etc, etc,) go away with time, as well as surface rust on undercarriage, faded paint, dried upholsterey, engine seals and gaskets, the list goes on and on with what father time can attack if a car is not stored in a controlled environment.
