L78 - 4 bolt block question # 3955272 JH

I'm trying to figure out what this block came in.
casting number 3955272 4 bolt mains
vin number T111 JH
19W355040

chevy II = W ???
396 ci 375 hp = SHP 4 speed = JH = L78 ????
Any help would be great [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gif[/img] thanks MIke

W would be Nova willow run

According to Al Colvin, engine suffix 'JH' is a L78, manual tranns, in either a Nova or Camaro in 69.

I agree with Kim that 'W' is Willow Run = Nova.
