Yep! That's what happens when it's so funny that it gets posted on boards like this. The funniest auction I ever saw was by a guy called "the Drunken Sailor" who was selling off some "Beanie Babies" that got left in his house after his divorce so he could buy tools. I was ROTFLMAO when I read it! He got over 350,000 views and tons of e-mails telling him how funny it was. After the auction, he sold "certificates of liquid appreciation".
