70 Judge stripes
Are these supposed to be refectorized ? The stripes on mine seem to have the top color "layered" onto the bottom colors...is this correct or were the originals one piece with all 3 colors ?

Re: 70 Judge stripes
the originals were 1 piece,no layers. i think the new repops are the original design again. or find nos ones..

Belair
Here is who was and may still be making them, GM Repro Approved: Dale's Cuda Shop 22840 Buck Road Alliance, Ohio 44601 216-823-2776 I got some direct from them in 1995 for my 69, they were top quality. They still look as nice today as the day I put them on. Worth a try, Steve |
Re: 70 Judge stripes
Thanks you guys...I'll do a little research...

Re: 70 Judge stripes
69'S ARE A WHOLE DIFFERENT ANIMAL BOB. TRY STENCILS AND STRIPES. IF YOU HAVE NO LUCK, I'LL FIND YOU SOME NOS ONES OR MAYBE I'LL SELL MINE. WHEN YOU HAVE A HIGH END CAR LIKE YOURS UNLIKE PUTTING STRIPES ON A PLAIN OL 69, YOU HAVE TO DO IT THE RIGHT WAY. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ins/3gears.gif
