It is already listed as an "Invalid Item". It was good that you started this post. Maybe the "scammers" monitor this website and chose not to continue after seeing your post. You may have saved someone alot of grief, if the "scammers" took an innocent person's deposit.

That car was legitimately on e-bay last week with the seller going by the name of camarobob, it did not sell although it is a nice looking clone.
