Re: 67 Yenko on Ebay

I check e-bay everyday and this sh..head roles out about 8 bogus ads a day!!. it usually takes about 2 days before they take them off, i wonder just how many people, i mean suckers this guy reels in?. He must get some becouse it's non stop. Sometimes he uses cars that are still activly selling legitamatly on e-bay. When people see this guy running so many ads (he usually has them back to back), they must think that this dead brother/uncle/dad/best friend must have been a collector. Got to make you wonder just how many yenko's/motion's/shelby's/zl1's/boss's/cuda's etc there are in portugal/chili/cuba/france/australia/russia etc. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif

What's really amazing (and sad) is that ebay allows this crap. We noticed it. They can't?

Re: 67 Yenko on Ebay

I agree with you,but Ebay is not a person,it's a Corporation. And that means things fall through the cracks, however frequent that might be.That plus the fact that they don't know Body,& VIN#'s sequencing of particular cars,or what to look for in rebodying,or Rivits, etc.
With all the old Jobs that are being disolved each day in this country,I like to see this sector as a new Job opening up for the future. The knowledgeable people like all of us
who are Learning,Networking,Studying these cars on the web,& spent time in Wrecking yards & driveways & garages. These are the foundation of the people Ebay should hire who can spot Red Flags on their auctions for older high dollar automobiles today.Granted it will take time, but somehow I think the scammers know it's a matter of time,& thus, that is why we are seeing so many Scam auctions lately.
Their days are numbered..... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/scholar.gif

Re: 67 Yenko on Ebay

What scares me is that there just may be some fool that may have put a deposit on one of these scams while the auction was still running. We may not ever find out if they did or not because they might be too embarrased to admidit they fell for something like that.

If the bastards that are running these scams ever score one of these fools then they will continue to run them.

It's sad, but Ebay has no good way to police these guys when you consider the millions of dumbass ad's they receive everyday. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif

Re: 67 Yenko on Ebay

I don't know if it's just one guy (which i dought) or if it's more then one, but the amount of ads and the frequency of them would point to the fact that he has scammed some people and thats why he keeps running them. I don't know if he's paying for these ads, but e-bay must be making money on them or i would think they would'nt even put them on. Whoever (if anybody) checks these ads should be noticing them or they just don't care.

For your eyes only https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/shocked.gif
Hello Sir,

I am glad you are interested in my vehicle.

I want to let you know all the details about this deal so everything will work fine.

Some words about the car:

First of all the car is fully restored and looks just like in the pictures. It is in imaculate condition and has no scratch on and hasn't been involved in any accident. The motor runs very well. This is a classic car that has a lot of the original parts and the tires are almost new.The title is clear ,it is not a salvage one. The car belongs to my grandfather. He is very old and can't take care of it anymore. He put me to sell the car.I have legal documents by wich I can transfer the title to your name.

The car is backed by SquareTrade's Buyer Protection Policy - up to $15,500 and in this way you are fully protected by Square Trade. In case you are interested to know more details about this, please let me know.

The car is now in France as my grandfather lives here.He loves this kind of cars and he collected and restored them. The car is mostly garage kept and rarely used.
Because I can't carry all his things back home I am selling them. I am willing to sell it and ship it to any of the EU countries or to US.I will not ship to any African,Asian or Eastern European countries.I know that the price is low but I have no use for the car and I want to get back home as soon as I sell it.I want to sell the car asap so I am willing to pay 65% of the shipping fees nomatter of the location. The company of my wife works with '4 Seas International Shipping.Inc' and they offered us a disscount for the shipping,so I will support 65% of it and this is the main reason I want to use this company as a shipping service. You will not have to pay any additional taxes.Once again, you will not have to pay all the shipping costs, only 35% of it.

Delivery Estimated Time: 17-21 days
Price: $10,500 - $3000 prior to shipping
- the balance after you receive and inspect the car.
Inspection Period:3 days
Shipping Service:'4 Seas International Shipping.Inc' (door to door)
Terms: I offer a complete customer satisfaction guarantee or your money back. This policy means, that if the vehicle is not as described then you may return it for a 100% refund. If the items are returned, they must be returned in the exact condition as shipped and it will return on my costs.

If the car is what you are looking for and if you agree with these conditions then I will be glad to close this deal with you. In order to end this deal I want you to deposit $3000 to a Western Union agent,if you need more details about this please contact me.I prefer money order because in this way I will ship the car in the same day you make the payment.

I will be waiting your email.

Kindly Regards,
Maarten Lier
