OK, I'll take a swing. The fan is turning, but the crank and alternator aren't.

Thats 2 of the 3. Something else is wrong if the engine was running

No coolant hoses. Anti-freeze all over the place.

Front engine miunts are bare ... it is not bolted down to anything in the front!
That beast would not sit like that while it was running.
No fuel line into the fuel pump.
No wires to the starter.

Since it has a clutch fan, they could have spun the fan by hand and then snapped the photo. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif

Biggest thing I can see wrong is that it is not setting in the engine compartment of one of my Vettes.
