L89 Camaro on eBay
Any comments for the experts on this "L89" Camaro? . Item number: 4585707504 . Seems cheap if genuine even w/ replacement engine? ~ Pete

Re: L89 Camaro on eBay
Cool car but nothing to document the L89 Status as far as I see at first glance. Looks like it could have been a factory built L78 car.

Re: L89 Camaro on eBay
The tach and curved radiator make it look like a possible A/C 325hp car..

Sam... How did you reach those conclusions?
I am curious for my own education. |
Re: L89 Camaro on eBay
There is also no photos of the pullys, are they deep groove?, the tach should be 5700, the curved radiator either came on 427's or a/c cars 99% of the time, the tach says its not a 427, so it should be..

"Spend the winters making it as original as I can" - curious comment.

Re: L89 Camaro on eBay
Some L78's came with The Curved Neck Radiators and the tac for a 9737 Sports car pkg 427 Camaro is also the same as an L78 tac. The tac in the camaro is not correct, as is not a lot of other equipment. The Curved neck radiator appears to be a repo at first glance.
Still a cool car. |

Wow, the L89 '69 Camaros have overtaken the COPOs and even some Yenkos! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/shocked.gif
Happy Days L89! |
Re: L89 Camaro on eBay
Can be changed out as well as other parts being discussed but the rear appears original (dated like original) and I haven't seen too many 4.10's with 325hp and ac.. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif
