Nova wasting away

Well I have been talking with the original owner of a triple black SS L78 Nova for 11 years. It was outside then and still outside, although I have pleaded with him to push it into his barn. He ordered it from Village Chevrolet in Queens and has put just over 21K miles on the car. It was ordered with L78, M21, 410, defogger, buckets f&r guards, and vinyl top. What a waste. I cannot tell from the picture what is the Red With Black Vinyl top sitting next too it?
