10,000.00 4296 ZL-1 Carb
I just purchased a fully restored 4296 ZL-1 carb for 1,200.00 and was feeling that I may have paid a little to much....guess not. I guess Heartbeatcity needed for his ZL-1. How many buyers are out there for 10,000.00 carbs??????????????

Re: 10,000.00 4296 ZL-1 Carb
LOL... Looks like Jimmy and Frank both entered huge bids but probably didn't expect to have to pay anything close to that much. If I had a ZL1 I would be yanking the carb and putting it on Ebay.....Too funny..

I spoke to the seller early on and he was looking for 900.00. Kind of reminds me of the Future Liner ... just a lot less zeros

If you have a January date code, I'm guessing you could get a 50% premium if the same to people are bidding. Unfortunately, one of them now has a carb. Although Frank probably would prefer NOS, so you might still get a big number. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif |
Re: 10,000.00 4296 ZL-1 Carb
I wonder if the seller is still going to make the buyer pay the shipping. There was a NOS 4296 on ebay at the same time with a "buy it now" price of 1595.00. It ended with no bids. ?????
