would bet theres more to the story than meets the eye. Drug related perhaps and they want someone to come forward to claim it to get nailed

Law Enforcement agencys have access to the right data bases to look up prior owners and VINs of cars so it shouldnt be to hard for them to trace prior owners of the car

Certain parts of the car are blocked off in a picture released by the Sheriff's Office because there are "real distinctive identifying marks," Walters said.

"They're going to tell me a lot of identifying features of that car prior to being (allowed) in the building to see it," Wallace said.
