Thanks Bud! I already found that one and I love it! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/flag.gif Except for the modern sponsors signs on the fence, that track looks the same today as it did back then. It's a time warp.... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/cool.gif https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/cool.gif

Yeah, I saw that video last week. My dad won a race back in 62 at Island and I thought he might have been in that one but his race was in the summer. Yup, Island still looks about the same today.

Bud,
Aubrey's car has some SERIOUS traction problems. How many '09s leave an extra 5ft of rubber from 2nd gear with 10" slicks?? He custom designed the camshaft, pistons and the headers himself.!!! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/worship.gif https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/flag.gif
He also builds his own set-up into complete unbreakable rear ends for those cars. Just ask that short person from Chicago..... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/naughty.gif https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ins/tongue.gif

Sam,
Sounds like you must have stopped by Pete's and heard what's going on with Ronnie's new engine!! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/naughty.gif
The last season he was out with the little 417 he ran .20s. Now he's spending money so the 9.s shouldn't be too far away. Actually, I think we could have made 9.s before because it was a fresh car and hadn't had any tweeking at all.

At 61, Ronnie's still runnin' with the head of the pack....... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/flag.gif
