I have a starter number 1108776 Date code 4L19 anybody know what motor this is for.

1975 Corvette (and probably other models as well) with automatic transmission. Yours was assembled on November 19th, 1974.

That starter was used commonly among most Chevrolet engines from 1975-1977 w/Auto Trans.
Yours would have been mounted to a 1975 Chevrolet Passenger-Camaro-Nova-Corvette-Chevelle-Monte Carlo-Monza-or Trucks with either the 350 or 400 or 454 CID motor.
Beginning in 1976 it could be found on the same vehicles w/305 CID.
In 1977 on conventional,light delivery & 4-wheel drive GMC trucks.
