Friday Night Lights - TV Show
 

Anybody been watching this show? I have seen nearly all of them - I think its a pretty good show for network tv. I certainly like watching Lyla and Tyra.

Pretty mutch all filmed here in Austin and the surrounding area. The home field in the show is the Westlake High School stadium, a very nice high school stadium in Austin.

I think Lyla is my age exactly , so I have none of the qualms you have....

Yeah. The movie was good, it followed the book. The Tv show still has the support of the author, but they decided to move it into 'today' rather than the late 80's...and use a fictitious town, and fictional characters rather than the real people that the book follows.

Great show though. great book, worth reading. SI calls it the 'best football book of all time'

...The book dont got no Lyla though!
