Ballpark value help please.
 

I am looking into buying a 69 Z that I have known about for a few years.
I would like to get a ball park value before making an offer.

It looks like it has all of its original parts. Second owner has all of the cars docs and service records form the first owner. The car has 34K original miles.
There are a few small rust spots showing on the lower front fender and wheel well openings.
It is a cool color too, Glacier Blue.
