Zedder , I hope not, otherwise you can't afford to restore a beautiful car like this. I have the same car , a marina blue 396/,blue interior, bucket car with Cdn documentation and I would never let it go at that price! That's a steal under $40,000

too good to be true?
lets see where this ends.
I am also suspicious (of everyone on PeeBay) especially those sellers that have purchased multiple low cost items to boost their rating.

I assume its not numbers matching. That seems about in line with the market I'm familiar with.

Final bid of $31,400. Sounded under the money to me as well, even if it didn't have the original motor. VIN-verifiable and good docs to boot. Someone probably got a good deal here.

Thanks for your input guys! Seemed like a good deal, but I haven't followed the market for '67 Chevelles, so I didn't know whether to get serious about the car. We just bought a house and used up all but $30K of my "car fund", so I am looking at a different level of cruise night car for the coming season and want to see what I can get in a Chevelle or Camaro for that money. Thanks again https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif

Mark, if that car was as new as they said, and as clean as it looked, it would be a very fair price in this area where rusted junk is most prevalent.
Cant speak for the southwest where they all drive show cars with just a hint of patina. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/wink.gif

I knew you would pick up on that Bruce. I'm just cranky cause the temp is 9. And the nasty salt is blowing at 30 mph. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/frown.gif

I agree with what's been said. Seems like a good price but hard to get a feel on condition...not enough good pictures. Looks like maybe 'driver plus' condition...which might go as high as $35k for a 4 spd.
