1969 Chevelle COPo trim tag data
 

Hi everyone.
Back in March I printed out a portion of a thread that contained the trim tag data for several 69 Chevelle COPOs--I believe it was prepared by Rob Cleary. I cannot seem to find it on this site currently. In any event, has anyone seen a documented 1969 Chevelle COPO withtout the "BM" designation in the trim tag data? Conversely, has anyone seen a documented non-COPO 1969 Chevelle that had the "BM" designation? (I thought someone was starting a registry on this data?)

Interesting stuff. Is the "BM" code for Baltimore COPOs similar/same as "BL" for SS (or at least 396 cars)?

ALbert - are you saying that the tag you are showing is a "BM" car that is NOT a COPO Chevelle?

no, just not on Robs list in that COPO Chevelle post a couple of years ago...its very real!!
