1969 Motion Vette??
 

I was at a small local cruise-in this past weekend and got to talking to a guy with a 74 big block vette. He said he sold a black and silver 69 427 Baldwin Motion Vette when he bought the 74 Vette. He said he bought the Motion Vette in 70 or 71. He said the last time he say the car was in the early 80s sitting in a field in the Greenville South Carolina area. Anyone know anything about a black and silver Motion Vette?

I saw a black and silver vette with slot mags and "Phase III" written on the tail panel a couple years ago in Scottsboro, ALA. It was a weekend and the car was inside a fence at a carlot. When I went back by it was gone (duh)... Not sure of the year but it had a motion style rear window and large gas filler cap and I remember an L88 hood being on it.

I took a couple of pictures but they were from outside the fence and other cars were in the way. I'll find them and post when I get home later this week. I never put alot of thought into the car being real or anything special since it was sitting on a used car lot.
