man i'm so bummed !!!!!!!!!!
 

it's such a nice day here in sunny socal and i'm unable to enjoy it by driving my camaro around !! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/frown.gif https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/frown.gif . i recently had another shoulder surgery done on my r/shoulder and i'm recovering from it . the doctor is asying 6-8 months recovery time and maybe 3 months until i'm allowed to drive https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/frown.gif .

i can't believe this is the 4th surgery on the shoulder since 2001 and this time it was the worst the doctor has seen in years . i tore the biceps tendon ,tore the rotator cuff, 2 large bone spurs removed , scar tissue removed ,and the labrum or cartiledge was torn and have 8 suture anchors put on the surrounding bone to re-attach that torn labrum . my doctor jokes arround saying it looks like a frag grenade went off in my shoulder because it is so messed up.

so now all i can do is go into the garage and start my camaro up and throw revs every week or so and at least that makes me feel better

i'm a heavy equipment diesel mechanic and everything is alot heavier and hard to handle . i originally injured my r/shoulder back in 2001 trying to break loose a oil rail pipe plug on a seies 60 detroit diesel while using a 3/4" drive breaker bar . then in june 2003 i was working on hendrickson walking beam rear suspension trying to remove the leaf spring when i felt something pop in my r/shoulder. i ended up tearing the nerves in my chest that go from my c5 vertabrae to the brachial plexus nerve bundle . that surgery was in feb 2005 and still was having nerve issues in my shoulder and loss of movement/sensation in that arm because of that . since then my nerve damage was hiding the more serious damage of my rotator cuff/torn biceps tendon that was surgically repaired back on 6/14

i'm also in alot of pain since this surgery and the doctor thinks there is still damage possibly nerve related
