1969 SS Wagon????
 

My neighbor went to Chevellebration and said there was a 69 SS wagon. He swears it is factory. He said the guy had documents and claims it is a real deal, low production.

I call BS, but I figured there is nowhere else better to ask than here.

Trying asking on Team Chevelle. No they did not make one. Was it Black, or do you know? If it was Black it was probably a hideous looking 2 door configuration. No Chevelle Wagon SS until 1973.

Prob was a 402 car from '70 that someone slapped on SS badges and the docs only proved it to be a 402 car and your friend made some assumptions. :twocents:

That black car was a built resto rod !! Saw it !!
No SS wagons in that platform. There was a study in 68 where a Red 68 SS396 was built for styling purposes !!! thats it , it was written up in the Chevelle report @ may 99
