Copy an old speed shop plate...???
Hello,
I would like to make a copy of this plate. I don't think it's stamped steel. Don't really know. Is this possible??? Also, I found a hot rod sign on ebay with the same goofy font, but it's a plastic sign. (last pic) Thanks in advance.......!!!!!! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...nkid/hrb-3.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...nkid/hrb-2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...nkid/hrb-1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...kid/0f_1_b.jpg |

Looks like it is stamped aluminum, but you could probably get something close made in cast aluminum. Lots easier in cast aluminum if you only need one, or just a few.

Check out the website licenseplates.tv The company is in Florida and reputable. They will customize a plate for you if you send them the design you want. I have ordered plates from them before and was very happy. Cost is a bit high but the quality is good..

They make some COOL plates! I had a set made for my 69 Dodge Dart that look just like factory 1969 Texas Plates!
