I have seen a 55 two door wagon with the roll down side windows. Not too many of them made also.

Re: 1957 "Window Delivery" Chevy
Watch the Alfred Hitchcock movie "North By Northwest". Cary Grant gets loaded into a 56 window delivery after he gets "shot" by Eva Marie Saint. Only problem, it turns into a regular wagon before he gets out. Can you say.... Oops?

Didn't the Forestry Service order some '57 wagons with the Off-Road package?

Re: 1957 "Window Delivery" Chevy
I will refer to the JalopyJournal once again...aka...the HAMB (Google HAMB...or maybe someone will post a direct link...or even better, a direct link to the post) They had a whole subject on 55-57 Chevy deliveries with those rear windows...a bunch of good info.
BTW....I will also forward people to this site as well, when I see something that you guys can help with. |
