DDMRK's Trio of Beauties! WOW!

I will be posting this on the Members Rides features from now on...just to remind every one!

Just to reiterate...if you want to post something negative...don't! If you want to offer some suggestions...PM them to the owner. Negative comments are not allowed in Members Rides...ever!

Hi Bruce-Here are some pictures of my cars for your consideration...

In 2004 I purchased the 1970 T/A Blue/Blue 4spd Ram Air III (PHS documented) The car was in need of a full restoration. It went thru a full frame off nut and bolt resto which took about 2 1/2 yrs . This car originally was sold at A&G Motor Sales ,Tell City Indiana. It was originally ordered with trim rings(rare)...

The dealership is still there with the same name but no longer sells Pontiacs https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/frown.gif

In early 07, I came across a 30th anniversary 6spd T/A with only 6600 miles I thought it would be nice to have the blue and white T/A's side by side. After finishing the (1st) 70 T/A-I could not bring myself to driving it after all that work.

Out of the clear BLUE sky another 70 Blue/Blue 4spd (PHS'd)T/A came available. It was originally sold at
Superior Pontiac Kansas City, MO. This car became my REAL REAL nice driver/show car.

The last car in the group is my son's Trans Am 30th Anniversary WS6 #886. It is a coupe w/ T-Tops, has a six speed w/ factory Hurst shifter, a Monsoon Radio CD in Dash (no 12 disc or tape), and traction control. It was bought from Ohio from the original owner with tons of paper work!

Now the 2 older brothers with their younger brother live in perfect harmony in my garage.

Thanks for your time.

Danny K.

Very cool! Nice to see Ponchos around here. Those 3 look beautiful together! Your resto car looks spectacular - can understand why you are hesitant to drive it. You must be VERY proud of that Terrific Trio! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif

I have an old friend that had one of those '70 Trans Am's back in the mid 1970's and I always thought they were great looking, sounding, handling cars. I think your cars are equally beautiful and they bring back those memories every time I see one of these Pontiacs in this condition. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif

Love those second gen TA's! The driver looks as nice as the show car. Good work finishing off the collection with the LS car.

Good luck! Thanks for sharing!

I cant tell the difference between the show car and the street car: they both look awesome!

Maybe one of these years I'll have my 72 T/A on the road to join you. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif
