Does someone make these? Or does someone have one laying around that I could buy?

Darren,you should be able to get this at any of the repo stores as i had to go repop for my car.

there was one for sale on ebay, but it just ended.
The sellers name is redtommycat, you could send him an email to see if it sold.
I think he wanted about $20.
