also...somthing else you might need is the correct crossmember for the muncie shifter if that is what you need. I have a spare crossmember if need be. You are also gonna find that almost NO parts...

it looks like if found a upper boot retainer for a console 68 impala and the only thing im looking for is the slider. Can anyone help?

The upper boot has been remade and is for sale on ebay. $195.00 seams OK. Reviews seam to be good. Still no lower boot or any of the retaining rings that i know of.
