The 8.6 PH level isn't bad. If below 7 that's when corrosion becomes a problem. Assuming the lab result temperatures shown for FP and BP are in celcius and those seem to be in the normal range.

Must sound particularly nasty with the open exhaust. Pristine looking car and would be fun to thrash a bit without having to worry about it being a numbers engine.

Two very important items you didn't mention is does the car run and drive well and is this original paint or a repaint? Regardless, in this market I'd say at least $40K and up.

Without seeing it or more info, my guess would be intake gasket failure being more likely than blown head gasket. If that's the case could be a fairly simple fix.

While it's nice the Seller is upfront with it being a "tribute" would be way better if he destroyed the fake documents, so that a future buyer is not deceived.

I think 2 months dating on the rear end is quite acceptable and not that unusual and I've seen way greater gap on some cars with factory documentation showing rear is original to the car.
