If not mistaken the MN sticker would be on the rear of the pass side valve cover. Facing the firewall.

The more prep done prior to the rattle can resto the more difficult it is to remove, sometimes easy off oven cleaner will remove it. Though like Tim, on stubborn paint, I too have used enamel reducer.

You can see how thin the original engine paint was(the bright orange is a later addition) it really doesn't fill the grain of the casting - IT allows the heat to dissipate...

I too love the color combo. The 73 red is more of an oxblood VS bright red and IMHO looks great with a wider array of exterior colors including the DARK BLUE and this Dark Green.

If January dated black standard seat belts were in a September built car it would be HIGHLY suspect as the cycling time would be quick, given the numbers - there were probably 200,000+ cars built...
