Yes I believe it is the same car. Someone installed added the U14 guages. U14 was a option on the L78. That car did not come with it from the factory.

Joe are the stops your looking part of the window track? Those are the only one I'm aware of. I believe later years have them also. They used the same stops in later 2nd gen camaros.
